Machine is controlled by fast reverse back servo motors to provide 32 levels selection programmable command.
1. Knitting width increases from 66 inches up to, long width, 100 inches, max width is 120 inches. By this, it realizes the manufacturing of the long length and width products on the machines. Those products include long/wide apparels, blankets, car accessories and other relative products. This highly improves the machine performance and enlarges the knitting products relevant industries.
2. This machine is double carriages joint six systems machine. Each system adopts digital technology, so that it either can autonomous working, or simultaneous working. Machine knitting functions includes knit, miss, tuck, transfer, pointelle, intarsia, jacquard, hide or apparent and other regular or irregular patterns. With these technologies, not only the finishing on all knitting pattern is more precise, but also the pattern knitting difficulties increase and the production efficiency enhances. Basic knitting patterns include full needle, single jersey, multi-color irregular jacquard, intarsia, tuck, pointelle and other weft knitting patterns. These knitting methods fully apply into flyknit, garments, scarves and other garment accessories. With six systems simultaneous knitting, it enlarges the knitting variety, increases knitting speed and improves knitting efficiency.
3. This machine in controlled by HQ computer system, adopts multi-duty DSP processing chip, 10 inches LCD touch screen, graphical interface, various operation parameters and machine working status are shown on the multi-language monitor screen and can be adjusted anytime when the machine is running, to make operations as convenient and time-saving as possible.
